摘要：目前大数据技术在医疗领域的应用研究受到广泛关注。然而目前医疗大数据的讨论更多是延续以往的医学统计，医学数据挖掘的思路，并没有意识到随着大数据技术在医疗领域的应用，即将对医疗行业带来革命性的变革。介绍医疗大数据的4个组成部分，分析了医疗大数据在各领域的研究现状，指出生命科学数据是医疗大数据领域的研究核心。通过案例介绍了医疗大数据如何应用于科学研究和临床治疗。总结了医疗大数据研究中的问题和解决方法。
