摘要：目的 研究冠心病心肌缺血患者临床中西医结合疗法的应用效果。方法 从我院接收众多冠心病心肌缺血患者中挑选80例作为本次对象，分成2组后行不同临床疗法，其中：西医组行基础西医疗法，中西医组行中医+西医疗法，临床预后评估效果。结果 中西医组患者疾病治疗效果95.0%高于西医组77.5%，存在临床差异(P<0.05)。结论 临床针对冠心病心肌缺血患者行中西医联合疗法可提高治疗效果，改善心电指标，价值突出。
