摘要：目的 探讨护理干预对提高胸外科术后患者的尊医行为，有效提高咳嗽掌握率，预防患者术后肺部感染发生，缩短住院时间。方法 选取我院胸外科2016年1月～3月对98例胸外科患者进行围手术期咳嗽训练作为研究组并与对照组2015年10月～12月 98例进行比较。结果 研究组有效咳嗽掌握率达98.4%，对照组仅仅为41%，两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理干预能提高胸外科术后患者有效咳嗽掌握率，降低肺部感染，缩短住院时间。
