摘要：目的 探究急性肠胃炎患者的临床治疗方法。方法 选取2012年5月～2015年3月某院收治的100例急性肠胃炎患者，对其随机分成治疗组和对照组，分别采用中西药结合治疗和西药进行治疗。分别对两组急性肠胃炎患者的临床疗效、症状消失的时间和不良反应勤快进行比较。结果 两组急性肠胃炎的患者在一般资料方面的底部没有明显的差异(P<0.05)。两组患者的疗效方面比较，治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者癥状消失的时间也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，两组间不良反应方面进行比较，没有统计学意义。结论 通过中西医结合进行治疗能够显著的提高治愈的效果。
