摘要：目的 探讨医院开展优质护理服务的实施及影响。方法 对医院正式启动"优质护理服务示范工程"以来的情况进行总结和分析。结果 通过开展成效来为患者提高更好的服务，提高患者的满意度及护理工作质量、增进了护患的感情。结论 优质护理服务能明显提高护理技能水平和质量，增强护士服务意识，提升护理服务的品牌。
