摘要：目的 探讨绝经期女性行取环术前应用尼尔雌醇对术后患者宫颈情况以及手术疗效的影响。方法 回顾性分析我院60例行绝经期取环术患者临床资料，随机分为2组，研究组术前1 w一次性服用尼尔雌醇4 mg，对照组直接取环。结果 研究组治疗后总有效率为96.67%，显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后宫颈软化率93.33%高于对照组(83.33%)，但两组组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 绝经期取环术前应用尼尔雌醇可有效软化宫颈，提高手术成功率并且方法简单，经济实用。
