摘要：目的 探讨胸腔内药物注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的价值。方法 选择我院收治的120例恶性胸腔积液患者，将患者分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用常规的药物治疗，实验组采用胸腔内药物注射治疗。结果 观察组治疗效果优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对恶性胸腔积液的临床治疗，采用胸腔内药物注射治疗能够取得一定的效果。
