摘要：目的 探讨胸腰段脊柱骨折短节段内固定的疗效。方法 对选取的40例患者进行短节段内固定手术治疗，并观察其疗效。结果 患者均达到临床骨性愈合。椎体前缘压缩高度、Cobb's角，术前与术后相比，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胸腰段脊柱骨折短节段内固定疗效显著。
