摘要：目的 探讨综合护理对骨折术后疼痛的影响。方法 回顾性分析我科2014年6月～2016年4月收治的100例不同类型骨折患者，采用不同手术方法治疗，并在围手术期采用综合护理干预和常规护理，比较其对疼痛的改善作用。结果 综合护理组术后1 d、3 d及1w VAS评分均低于常规护理组(P<0.05)；综合护理组疼痛消失时间、首次下地时间短于于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预可有效缓解骨折患者疼痛感，缩短康复时间，具有广阔的应用前景。
