摘要：唑来膦酸注射液是全新一代双磷酸药物，一种特异性地作用于骨的双磷酸化合物，能抑制因破骨活性增加而导致的骨吸收。它主要治疗骨质疏松患者，每年给药一次，但是副作用多，易出现不良反应，如发热、肌痛、流感样症状、关节痛、头痛，绝大多数出现于用药3 d内。
