摘要：目的 探讨多重耐药菌感染患者的护理措施。方法 对老年科出现的MDRO感染进行回顾分析。结果 多重耐药菌的感染率由2014年2.6%下降到2015年1.9%。结论 建立有效的管理机构，实行MDRO患者隔离措施及实施护理管理措施是控制感染的有力保障。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection in patients with nursing measures. Methods The elderly branch of MDRO infection for retrospective analysis. Results The multi-resistant bacteria infection rate dropped from 2.6% in 2014 to 1.9% in 2015. Conclusion Establish an effective management institution， implement MDRO patients isolation measures and nursing management measures are powerful guarantees for infection control.
