摘要：复发性口腔溃疡(RAU)是一种发病率较高的口腔黏膜病，发病率约占人群的20%，由于病因不清楚，临床上容易反复发作，一直是困扰医生和患者的一个难题，笔者通过中西医结合治疗，从中医方面突出个体治疗，多辨症为阴虚夹湿，以甘露饮加减，西医方面通过局部用药为主，兼以补充维生素，调节免疫等治疗，取得较好疗效，期望能与同道共同學习与交流。
