摘要：相关研究表明，通过提高对医院手卫生的管理预防和控制工作能够将医院感染问题的发生概率降低30%。因此，在后期的医疗活动中，相关的医护人员必须加强对手卫生的重视，领导层更需要制定严格的控制和预防措施。本文分析了医院医护人员手卫生的现状，并结合现状和以往的工作时间总结出了几条有效的预防和控制措施，为后期的相关工作提供参考和借鉴。
