单孔胸腔镜在解剖性肺段切除术中的应用现状(2)
5 展望
与胸腔镜下肺叶切除术相比,肺段切除术同样安全有效,并且肺段切除术能够保留更多的肺功能,值得在各级医院推广。为了减少患者的痛苦、提高术后生活质量,外科的发展逐渐微创化,而单孔胸腔镜手术则是微创胸外科的新方向,其在降低术后切口疼痛及胸壁感觉异常方面具有明显的优势[14],随着胸腔镜技术的普及和器械的改进,单孔胸腔镜肺段切除术有望成为早期非小细胞肺癌的标准术式。但由于目前临床应用时间较短,尚需大样本、多中心的前瞻性随机对照研究来评估其安全性及有效性[14]。此外,针对早期非小细胞肺癌患者,单孔胸腔镜肺段切除术能否达到肺叶切除术相同的远期效果,尚需进一步研究证实。
