摘要：在医药卫生体制不断深化改革的环境下，医疗市场竞争日趋激烈，医院面临着前所未有的挑战。院办作为医院综合行政管理部门，是医院的核心部门之一。在新的形势下，如何改进工作方法，提升管理效能，发挥好总揽全局、协调各方的作用，值得我们认真思考与研究。
