摘要：医院核心价值观是医院群体员工在长期的工作实践和文化传承中形成的独特的价值取向和道德判断，它决定了医院文化的走向，并深受所处时代价值理念的影响。社会主义核心价值观是当今最先进的价值文化，代表了社会前进的方向。新形势下，医院的文化建设理应主动融入到社会主义核心价值体系中汲取营养，建立以构建医院核心价值观为先导的医院文化建设新思路。
