摘要：目的 观察罗哌卡因对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后疼痛的影响。方法 将90例择期行LC的患者，随机均分成三组，每组30例，记录试验组术后2 h，8 h，16 h的疼痛VAS评分和术后追加镇痛药的情况。结果 ①与A组相比，B，C两组术后2 h，8 h，16 h的疼痛VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05)，②与B组相比，C组在2 h，8 h，16 h的疼痛VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 使用罗呱卡因行术中切口浸润，可有效减轻患者疼痛，增强术后镇痛效果，值得临床推广。
