摘要：本文论述了在大数据条件下，如何利用系统中已有的预约和诊疗数据，分析区分正常患者和号贩子的行为特征，并制定相应规则，对号贩子在网上的抢号和虚假预约行为进行防范，进而规范预约挂号秩序的措施。
