探讨临床医学工程技术人员职称晋升管理策略(1)
摘要：目的 探索医学工程技术人员职称晋升管理的一些可行性办法。方法 分析当前医学工程技术人员职称晋升的管理现状、存在问题、未来展望以及探索一些职称晋升管理办法，建立临床医学工程技术人员职称晋升管理体制，为医疗机构以及临床医学工程技术人员的发展创造有利条件。结果 按照已经开始实施职称晋升省份的先进管理办法全面推广，将对临床医学工程技术人员职称晋升是一次重大变革，必将加快推进临床医学工程技术人员实施职称晋升的步伐，改变以往医学工程技术人员晋升职称的尴尬局面。结论 强化了对医学工程技术人员职称晋升管理，提升了为医疗机构服务保障的能力。

1 临床医学工程技术人员的现状
1.1各级医疗机构重视不足 各个医疗机构对临床医学工程技术人员的重视程度不够，甚至和总务后勤等科室相提并论，在职称晋升及评定方面没有方向归属，导致部分技术人员辞职或另觅新职。
1.2没有统一的职称晋升标准 目前除内蒙古自治区、上海、江苏、江西、四川、西藏、甘肃、宁夏、新疆兵团、贵州、湖北、浙江等十一个省、市、自治区已经实施了临床医学工程技术人员职称晋升考试，虽然各个省、市、自治区职称晋升方式还不尽相同，但是临床医学工程技术人员职称晋升考试还是重要一步，对于临床医学工程技术人员是具有转折意义的大事。大部分省、市、自治区仍没有实施临床医学工程技术人员职称晋升考试，职称晋升成为此类专业技术人员的最大困难。2015年江苏省临床医学工程正高职称全面开考，该省的临床医学工程职称考试已经走在全国的先例，所以其在临床医学工程技术职称晋升的管理经验值得全国学习及推广。, 百拇医药(王宗定 冯定)
