枯否细胞在肝衰竭中的作用及机制研究进展(3)

     3展望

    KC特殊的解剖结构和生理功能, 以及他在肝脏和全身巨噬细胞中所处的地位和性质, 决定了他在肝脏乃至全身天然免疫和获得性免疫反应中具有的重要作用,是内毒素性肝损害和多种肝脏疾病发生发展的关键因素。因此,进一步深入研究 KC的功能及其调控的分子机制显得尤为重要。我们认为在今后的研究工作中,深入揭示KC介导的免疫功能,及其对肝衰竭的调控机制,以及与邻近细胞的相互作用可能对临床的研究和治疗具有指导意义。
