玉屏风散对变应性鼻炎外周血清中NO的影响和相关性研究(1)
摘要：目的 观察玉屏风散对变应性鼻炎(AR)患者血清一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响及其免疫相关性。方法 选取我院2015年1月～12月门诊收治的30例肺气虚型AR患者为试验组，予玉屏风散口服治疗1个月，以症状、体征和血清NO水平为评判指标，并与我院体检中心健康体检者30例健康对照组进行比较。结果 试验组血清中NO水平明显高于对照组，差異有统计学意义(P<0.05)；予玉屏风散口服治疗1个月后，试验组血清中NO水平较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后试验组NO水平与对照组，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；30例试验组均未发生不良反应。结论 血清NO参与了AR患者的免疫发病过程，它可以为AR的诊断和治疗提供参考依据；玉屏风散能阻断NO的免疫作用，改善AR患者的临床表现，且无毒副作用。

Study on the Effect of Yuping Wind Powder on NO in Peripheral Serum of Allergic Rhinitis

Abstract：Objective To observe the effects of Yupingfeng San on the blood serum No content of Allergic Rhinitis(AR) patients， along with its immune correlation.Methods Collect 30 cases of patients with Lung Qi Deficiency type of AR who were undergoing treatment in our hospital clinic between January 2015 and December 2015 as a treatment group in this experiment ， along with 30 cases of healthy persons admitted in Medical examination center of our hospital as a control group. The treatment group took Yupingfeng San orally for one month while the control group was not given any intervention. Taking symptom，sign and serum No level as evaluation indexs， compare two groups of data.Results The serum No level of the treatment group was evidently higher than that of the control group before the experiment，and there was statistical significance existed in the date(P<0.05). After the therapy was ended ， the serum No level of the treatment group decreased significantly， the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)； At the same time，the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05) when two groups of data were compared with each other again. There was no adverse reactions in the treatment groups during therapy ， in addition. Conclusion Serum No which is involved in the Immunopathological process have provided a reference basis for the future diagnosis and treatment of AR. Further more，it also sucessfully proved that Yupingfeng San is able to interrupt the effects of No in immune response， improving clinical symptoms without any poisonous side effects.
