低分子肝素钙联合灯盏花素治疗老年肺心病患者的临床观察(1)

     摘要：目的 观察低分子肝素钙联合灯盏花素治疗老年肺心病患者的临床效果。方法 选择2015年8月～2016年8月在本院进行治疗的老年肺心病患者80例，随机将其分为观察组和对照组两组各40例，两组患者均给予常规治疗，对照组患者在此基础上给予低分子肝素钙治疗，观察组患者在此基础给予低分子肝素钙联合灯盏花素治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 经治疗，观察组的治疗有效率和血流动力学变化均明显高于对照组，两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组患者的血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原以及红细胞比容均有所变化，且观察组变化程度明显高于对照组，且两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 低分子肝素钙联合灯盏花素应用于老年肺心病患者的治疗中疗效确切，有助于改善患者临床症状，降低血浆粘度，对于提高患者预后具有积极意义。

    Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with breviscapine in the treatment of senile pulmonary heart disease.Methods 80 cases of patients with Elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected，divided into the observation group and the control group，each were 40 examples，two groups of patients were given conventional treatment， on this basis，the control group patients were given low molecular weight heparin calcium therapy， the observation group patients were given low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with breviscapine treatment， compared the two groups of patients with clinical treatment.Results After treatment， the effective treatment and hemodynamic changes of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group，，and the difference between the two groups was significant， (P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with breviscapine in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease in the treatment of effective， help to improve clinical symptoms and reduce plasma viscosity， for improving the prognosis of patients with positive significance.

    由于老年人的生理特點比较特殊，具有较多的合并症，再加上肺心病患者存在肺功能衰竭，并且病情变化较快，死亡率高，其临床治疗一直都受到广大学者的广泛关注和重视。为了观察低分子肝素钙联合灯盏花素治疗老年肺心病患者的临床效果，本文特选择80例老年肺心病患者，分别给予低分子肝素钙和低分子肝素钙联合灯盏花素治疗，比较临床治疗效果，以期为老年肺心病的临床治疗提供参考和依据，本次研究报道如下。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1一般资料 本次研究选择80例2015年8月～2016年8月在本院进行治疗的老年肺心病患者作为研究对象，以1980年全国第三次肺源性心病专业会议诊断标准[1]为依据所有患者均确诊为肺心病，并经CT、胸片检查得以证实。所有患者均全面了解本次研究的方法及过程，自愿参与，并已与院方签署知情同意书。按照随机数表的方法随机将其分为对照组和观察组两组，每组各40例，观察组：23例为男性，17例为女性，年龄为62～78岁，平均年龄(65.47±9.56)岁，病程11～47 d，平均病程(30.42±4.23)d；原发病7～31年，平均病程(14.10±5.43)年，心功能分级2级13例，3级20例，4级7例；对照组：22例为男性，18例为女性，年龄为61～79岁，平均年龄(65.08±9.32)岁，病程12～48 d，平均病程(30.07±4.30)d；原发病8～30年，平均病程(14.31±5.39)年，心功能分级2级14例，3级21例，4级5例。两组患者性别、年龄、病程、原发病以及心功能分级等基本资料各方面比较，均无明显差异(P>0.05)，因此可以进行比较。, http://www.100md.com(甘国居)
