县市级质控中心对中医医院护理质量的影响分析(1)
摘要：目的 研究县市级护理质控中心对中医医院护理质量的影响。方法 对县级市中医医院进行护理管理培训、临床护理技能培训、疑难病例护理讨论、护理难点问题咨询等，定期召开专题会议，定期组织考核反馈，以提高专科医院护理质量。结果 通过二年的管理实践，市直中医医院护理质量组织体系框架全面构建，规章制度、质量控制、院感控制逐步完善，中医医院内部护理质量提升0.94～5.26%，中医医院与市直医疗机构年度考核护理质量提升6.7～18.75%。结论 县市级护理质控中心推动了中医医院护理管理规范化的进程，提升了中医医院护理质量。

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of nursing quality of traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of nursing quality control center of county and city. Methods The county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine nursing management training， clinical nursing skills training， nursing care， to discuss difficult cases difficult problem consulting， regularly held a special meeting to organize regular assessment and feedback， and to improve the quality of nursing hospital. Results The management practice for two years， the Municipal Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine nursing quality organization system to build a comprehensive framework， rules and regulations， quality control， hospital infection control and gradually improve the quality of nursing， hospital of traditional Chinese medicine internal promotion 0.94%～5.26%， traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and medical institutions directly under the annual assessment of nursing quality improvement 6.7%～18.75%. Conclusion County level nursing quality control center promotes the standardization of nursing management in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals， and improves the quality of nursing in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.

根据《中共中央國务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》、《中国护理事业发展规划纲要(2011-2015年)》、《护士条例》、《宜昌市卫生局关于成立宜昌市护理质量质控中心的通知》精神，为加强全市护理质量管理，建立护理质量控制体系，不断提高护理质量，保障医疗安全，促进我市护理工作全面、协调和可持续发展[1]，2014年5月我市成立护理质量控制中心，护理质控中心挂靠宜都市第一人民医院，由护理部主任任中心主任。负责全市各级各类医疗机构护理质量控制、护理业务指导、护理人员培训等工作[2]。介绍如下：
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料 市直中医医院是一所集医疗、教学、科研为一体的二级甲等中医医院，现有护理人员157人，其中男护士2人，女护士155人，年龄20～54岁，平均年龄28.7岁；学历：本科72人，专科73人，中专10人；职称：副主任护师5人，主管护师36人，护师48人，护士68人；工作年限1～37年，平均12.年。
1.2工作方法
1.2.1取得市局领导高度重视，护理质控工作全面部署[2]。为了明确护理工作目标和工作重点，促进我市护理事业发展，定期召开市护理质控中心工作会议。由分管医疗护理的市卫计局副局长、市卫计局医政科科长主持会议，并分别对质控中心工作提出要求和具体思路。质控中心主任对年度工作全面部署，讲解具体工作措施。, http://www.100md.com(汪文炼)
