子宫内膜搔刮术在反复种植失败患者中的临床应用价值(2)
综上所述，我们认为通过对子宫内膜搔刮可以改善子宫内膜血流灌注和子宫内膜容受性，有利于子宫内膜与排卵的同步性。提高反復种植失败患者妊娠率。因此，对于不明原因、反复种植失败的患者，再次进入新的IVF-ET周期前，行子宫内膜搔刮术，损伤小且易于操作实施，显著改变子宫内膜容受性，提高IVF-ET周期妊娠率，在临床上具有可行性。
