摘要：目的 研究复方甲氧那明治疗感染后咳嗽的有效性。方法 将诊断为感染后咳嗽的患者70例，随机分成两组，对照组给予美敏伪麻溶液治疗，治疗组给予复方甲氧那明治疗，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果 治疗后两组临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论 复方甲氧那明治疗感染后咳嗽临床疗效较好。
