摘要：2型糖尿病属中医“消渴病”范畴，2型糖尿病发展到后期会出现各种并发症。中医“毒”理论是一个特殊的概念，并且中医“毒”是一种对机体有害的病理产物。本文主要从中医学“毒”理论来阐述“肝毒”的概念，并且从肝毒入手并以中医学基础理论为基础来讨论2型糖尿病并发症的发病机理，从肝毒出发简要论述对2型糖尿病并发症的治疗。
