妊娠晚期促宫颈成熟方法的研究分析(3)
引产的各种方法均为人工干预，应用不当将危害母儿健康，需根据孕妇及地区差异选择合适的引产方法。寻找策略，以提高率阴道分娩率和减少分娩时间，实现阴道分娩是一个重要的目标，但产妇和新生儿的安全是必须保持的主要目标。引产是妊娠管理中的一大问题，应严格掌握引产指征、规范操作，引产过程中须加强管理、严密监护，动态评估孕妇及胎儿情况，降低不良妊娠结局的发生率。
