酶解牦牛骨粉骨髓粉对大鼠骨密度影响的研究(1)
摘要:目的 研究酶解牦牛骨粉骨髓粉混合物、牦牛骨粉骨髓粉混合物、碳酸鈣的补钙效果。方法 实验采用60只体重(65±5)g的SPF级4周龄雌性SD大鼠,分为6组每组10只,即原始饲料组、酶解骨粉骨髓粉组(低、中、高三组)、牦牛骨粉骨髓粉组、碳酸钙组,投喂含有相应补钙产品的饲料,喂养14 w。每周测一次体重,喂养3 w后进行钙代谢实验,喂养14 w后处死取出左侧股骨,测量骨长、干重、骨钙以及骨密度等指标。结果 酶解骨粉骨髓粉、牦牛骨粉骨髓粉、碳酸钙以及原始饲料组的大鼠喂养14 w后的体重、股骨长度无明显差异(P>0.05);酶解骨粉骨髓粉、牦牛骨粉骨髓粉、碳酸钙组的钙表现吸收率低于原始饲料组钙表现吸收率(P<0.05),但是酶解骨粉骨髓粉组钙表现吸收率高于同剂量组的牦牛骨粉骨髓粉组及碳酸钙组(P<0.05);三种钙剂组的大鼠骨密度均高于原始饲料组(P<0.01),酶解骨粉骨髓粉组的大鼠骨密度高于碳酸钙组以及牦牛骨原粉组的大鼠骨密度(P<0.05);10倍、30倍酶解骨粉骨髓粉组的骨干重高于原始饲料组以及同剂量的其他钙剂组(P<0.01),其余各组钙剂的骨干重均无明显差异;10倍、30倍的钙剂组的大鼠骨钙含量高于原始饲料组大鼠骨钙含量(P<0.05)且酶解骨粉骨髓粉组(P<0.01),同剂量的酶解骨粉骨髓粉组的大鼠骨钙含量高于同剂量的其他两组的骨钙含量(P<0.01)。结论 与牦牛骨原粉以及碳酸钙相比,酶解骨粉骨髓粉不仅能提高钙表现吸收率,而且还能显著增加骨密度以及骨钙含量,是一种优秀的钙补充剂。

Results Enzymatic hydrolysis,yak bone marrow bone marrow powder powder,calcium carbonate,as well as the original feed rats after feeding 14 w weight,no significant difference in the length of the femur (P>0.05),enzymatic hydrolysis, yak bone marrow bone marrow powder powder,Calcium carbonate group of calcium performance absorption rate below original feed group calcium performance absorption rate(P<0.05),but enzyme solutions bone meal bone marrow powder group calcium performance absorption rate above with dose group of yak bone meal bone marrow powder group and the calcium carbonate Group(P<0.05); three species calcium Agent Group of big rat bone density are above original feed group(P<0.01),enzyme solutions bone meal bone marrow powder group of big rat bone density above calcium carbonate group and yak bone original powder group of big rat bone density(P<0.05);10 times times,and 30 times times enzyme solutions bone meal bone marrow powder group of backbone heavy above original feed group and with dose of other calcium Agent Group(P<0.01), remaining the Group calcium agent of backbone heavy are no obviously differences;10 times,and 30 times of calcium Agent Group of big rat bone calcium content above original feed group big rat bone calcium content (P<0.05) and enzyme solutions bone meal bone marrow powder group (P<0.01),with dose of enzyme solutions bone meal bone marrow powder group of big rat bone calcium content above with dose of other two group of bone calcium content (P<0.01).Conclusion Comparing with yak bone powder,calcium carbonate,enzymatic bone bone marrow can enhance calcium absorption,but also significantly increased bone mineral density and bone calcium content, calcium is an excellent supplement., 百拇医药(肖帆 徐蔷 李华迪)
