摘要：目的 探讨改良甲襞切除及复位术治疗嵌甲症的手术方法及临床疗效。方法 对28例拇趾嵌甲症患者行改良甲襞切除及复位术。结果 术后28例病例随访1～8个月，除2例进行体育运动后复发外，其余26例未再复发，优良率达100%，复发率低于7%。结论 改良甲襞切除及复位术治疗嵌甲症术后外观好，痛苦小，疗效确切。
