摘要：目的 探讨CRRT治疗MODS的效果观察。方法 在ICU进行常规治疗原发病的同时，应用CRRT治疗。结果 经CRRT治疗后，血肌酐及尿素氮水平显著下降；血清钾、钠、氯、二氧化碳结合力水平、血pH值随CRRT的治疗逐渐恢复至正常并维持稳定。结论 高质量的护理将更能发挥CRRT在救治急重症患者中的作用。

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of CRRT on MODS.Methods CRRT was used in the ICU routine treatment of primary disease.Results After treatment with CRRT，serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels were significantly decreased，serum potassium，sodium，chlorine and carbon dioxide binding levels and blood pH were gradually restored to normal and stable with the treatment of CRRT.Conclusion High quality care will play the role of CRRT in the treatment of acute and severe patients.
