摘要：目的 探讨PDCA戴明环在规范输血标本采集中的运用。方法 通过对2015年10月院输血科共26例退标的分析，采用PDCA循环模式进行质量持续改进，加强全院相关人员培训，不定期检查、分析、反馈与总结。结果 实施PDCA循环后11月份退标下降12例，下降幅度为46.15%。结论 运用PDCA循环法进行质量持续改进，可降低输血标本的退标率，效果明显，值得推广。
