2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤类型及相关因素分析(1)
摘要：目的 研究分析2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤类型及危险因素，为日后2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤的预防和治疗提供更多依据。方法 选取我院所收治的30例2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤患者设为观察组，同时选取同期在我院进行治疗的2型糖尿病未合并恶性肿瘤患者设为对照组，病例追踪的形式对两组患者的糖尿病家族史、血糖控制情况进行调查，分析2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤类型及分析相关因素。结果 在观察组即2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤组中，男性以消化系统恶性肿瘤构成比最高为14(46.67%)，女性则以雌激素依赖肿瘤构成比最高为12(40.23%)；经研究分析发现糖化血红蛋白水平(HbA1c)、糖尿病家族史与恶性肿瘤呈正相关，是2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤的危险因素。结论 对2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤类型及危险因素进行深入的研究分析，揭示2型糖尿病与恶性肿瘤之间的相关性，有利于该类患者进行早期的临床诊断及筛查。

Abstract：Objective To study the type and risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus with malignancy，and to provide more basis for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with malignant tumor.Methods Type 2 diabetes in our hospital treated 30 cases of patients with malignant tumor as the observation group，and select the same period in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in our hospital were not associated with malignant tumors were divided into control group，case tracking in the form of two groups of patients with family history of diabetes，blood sugar control survey， analysis type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with malignant tumor types and related factors.Results In the observation group，type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with malignant tumor group， male patients with digestive system malignancy ratio of up to 14(46.67%)，women with estrogen-dependent tumor composition ratio of up to 12(40.23%)；Found that glycosylated hemoglobin levels(HbA1c)，family history of diabetes and malignancy was positively correlated with type 2 diabetes mellitus with malignant tumor risk factors.Conclusion The relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus and malignancy type and risk factors is analyzed.It is revealed that the correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus and malignancy is helpful for early clinical diagnosis and screening.

近年來2型糖尿病及恶性肿瘤的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，同时两种疾病同时发生的患者也有着较高的比率[1-3]，已经严重的影响到人们的生活、加重社会负担。为了帮助2型糖尿病患者避免合并恶性肿瘤及2型糖尿病已经合并恶性肿瘤患者能在早期就得到及时有效的诊断，改善预后，提供帮助。此次研究选取我院2013年1月～2015年7月所接收的30例2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤病患设为观察组，同时选取同期在我院进行治疗的2型糖尿病无恶性肿瘤病患设为对照组，对两组病患的各项资料进行调查，并对调查结果进行研究分析，现将结果报告如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料 此次研究选取我院2013年1月～2015年7月所接收的30例2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤病患设为观察组，其中，男性病患为16例，女性病患为14例，年龄在42～79岁，平均(58.31±12.15)岁；同时选取同期在我院进行治疗的2型糖尿病无恶性肿瘤病患设为对照组，其中，男性病患为17例，女性病患为13例，年龄为43～82岁，平均(60.25±13.45)岁。经比较发现。观察组及对照组两组病患的一般资料之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。, 百拇医药(经香 赵伍忠)
