摘要：目的 探讨膀胱镜在泌尿外科尿道会师术中的应用效果。方法 对21例骨盆骨折合并后尿道断裂的患者行膀胱镜下尿道会师术。结果 20例手术获成功，1例因直肠损伤中转开放辅助膀胱镜下尿道会师术。结论 应用膀胱镜行尿道会师术具有良好的微创手术效果。
