不同月份人体血钾浓度变化分析及对策(1)
摘要：目的 調查不同季节不同月份人体血钾浓度的变化，探讨引起血钾浓度变化的原因。方法 选取襄阳市中医院从2013年1月～2013年12月共40330例住院患者和1775例急诊患者，分别对12个月份患者的血钾浓度和温度进行统计。计算不同月份的血钾的均值，并制作12个月份血钾浓度随温度的变化曲线。同时随机抽取40例分离胶采血管标本测定常温下血钾半小时和冷藏8 h后的浓度。结果 住院患者在夏季时候的血钾浓度为3.7 mmol/L，冬季高达4.1 mmol/L 相差0.4 mmol/L，而急诊患者的血钾浓度在12个月份中相对比较恒定。用分离胶采血管测定的30 min和8 h血钾浓度无显著差异。结论 患者的血钾浓度会随温度和处理时间长短的变化而波动。温度越高，处理时间越短血钾浓度越低，更接近真值；温度越低，处理时间越长，血钾浓度越高。推荐临床用分离胶的试管采血并配置离心机迅速分离血清，减少血钾的假性升高。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the changes in different seasons in human blood potassium concentration，explore the cause of blood potassium concentration.Methods The TCM Hospital of Xiangyang city from January 2013～2013 year in December a total of 40330 cases of hospitalized patients and 1775 cases of emergency patients，respectively statistics of 12 months in patients with serum potassium concentration and temperature.The mean serum potassium of different calculation in the 12 month，and the production of blood potassium concentration versus temperature curve.At the same time，randomly selected 40 cases of separating gel tubes were measured at room temperature for half an hour and the serum potassium concentration of 8 h after cold storage.Results The hospitalized patients in the summer when the serum potassium concentration was 3.7 mmol/L，up to 4.1 mmol/L difference in winter 0.4 mmol/L，and the serum potassium concentration in patients with emergency of 12 months is relatively constant.There was no significant difference in separation gel tubes determination of 30 min and 8 h of serum potassium concentration.Conclusion The serum potassium concentrations in patients with changes in temperature and treatment time fluctuate.The higher the temperature，processing time is short of blood potassium concentration is low，more close to the true value；the lower the temperature，the longer treatment time，blood potassium concentration is higher.The recommended configuration with clinical separation gel tube blood collection and centrifuge rapid separation of serum，reduce blood potassium false increase.
