摘要：临床路径的实施对于医疗质量的保障和医疗费用的控制有着积极的作用。但在实施过程中，经常出现由于路径设计不符合临床实际而导致的入径率低、变异率高等问题。本文基于真实世界科研方法学，利用中医临床科研共享系统等工具，探索临床路径的建设模式，为该项工作的实施提供一个清晰的项目参考。
