支气管肺炎患儿血清AST、LDH、CK、CK—MB的检测及其临床意义(1)

     摘要:目的 探讨支气管肺炎患儿血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)水平检测及临床意义。方法 以2015年9月~2016年9月本院收治的56例支气管肺炎患儿为研究组,所有患儿均经临床体征检查、X线摄片、X线透视、实验室血常规检查等,确诊为支气管肺炎。以同期到本院体检的56名健康儿童为对照组。两组研究对象及家属均知情同意。两组研究对象均以酶法及速率法检测血清中乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶水平,并进行对比。结果 两组血清乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶水平差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 血清血清乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶水平检测在支气管肺炎患儿疾病诊断中有着重要的作用,可以对其心肌损害程度进行尽早判断,从而为支气管肺炎疾病诊断及控制提供必要的参考依据,值得进行深入研究和推广。

    Detection of Serum AST,LDH,CK and CK-MB in Children with Bronchial Pneumonia and its Clinical Significance

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the serum lactate dehydrogenase in children with bronchial pneumonia(LDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK)levels and its clinical significance.Methods The study group with 56 cases of bronchial pneumonia in September 2015~2016 year in September in our hospital,all patients were confirmed by clinical physical examination,X-ray,X-ray perspective,laboratory blood examination,diagnosed as bronchial pneumonia.At the same time to the hospital physical examination of 56 healthy children as control group.Two groups of subjects and their families were informed consent.Two groups of subjects were using lactic acid serum enzyme detection method and rate method in dehydrogenase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,aspartate aminotransferase,creatine kinase levels,and compare the two groups.Results The serum lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,aspartate aminotransferase,creatine kinase levels were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,aspartate aminotransferase,creatine kinase level detection plays an important role in the diagnosis of bronchial pneumonia in children with the disease,can be carried out as soon as possible to judge the degree of myocardial damage,so as to provide reference for pulmonary inflammatory disease diagnosis and control,it is worth in-depth the research and promotion.

    作為临床上一种常见儿科疾病,支气管肺炎的患病率、病死率均较高。支气管肺炎是因各种病原体感染或其他因素造成的肺部炎症,可发于任何季节,给儿童身心健康和生活质量带来严重影响,引起全社会的广泛关注[1]。支气管肺炎若不及时进行治疗,或治疗方法不当,都有可能导致患儿病情进展,并发呼吸衰竭、充血性心力衰竭、中毒性脑病等,严重者甚至危及生命。这就需要临床上采取积极措施,寻找有效的临床指标,提升支气管肺炎患儿的早期诊断准确率,从而实施针对性干预和治疗,改善预后。研究认为,多数支气管肺炎患儿伴有心肌酶水平提升现象,提示心肌酶水平变化检测可以作为判断支气管肺炎的重要指标用于临床[2]。本研究以56例支气管肺炎患儿及56名健康儿童为研究对象,探讨其血清乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶水平变化情况及临床意义,现报道如下:, http://www.100md.com(傅桂霞)
