血府逐瘀汤联合前列地尔注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究(1)

     摘要：目的 运用中西医医学理论全面认识冠心病心绞痛，初步探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床经验，并通过临床病例观察研究对血府逐瘀汤联合前列地尔注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果进行初步评定，为应用中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛提供新思路、新疗法、新治疗方案。方法 随机将80例冠心病心绞痛患者分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组给予血府逐瘀汤1剂/d，2次/d，水煎服，每次200 ml，同时联合前列地尔100～200 μg，静脉推注，1次/d。对照组给予消心痛，口服，10 mg/次，3次/d。结果 治疗组各项指标均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 临床验证血府逐瘀汤联合前列地尔注射液可有效改善冠心病心绞痛的临床症状，可减少硝酸甘油使用量并改善心电图情况，本法值得推广。

    Abstract：Objective To use the western medicine theory of comprehensive understanding of coronary heart disease angina pectoris，preliminary study of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine clinical experience in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease，clinical effect and through the clinical observation of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction Combined with Alprostadil Injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of preliminary evaluation，for the application of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to provide new ideas and treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris the new therapy，new treatment.Methods 80 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 cases and 40 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Xuefuzhuyu Decoction of 1 doses of/d， 2 times/d，water decoction，200 ml each time，at the same time combined with alprostadil 100～200 μg，intravenous injection，the 1/d.The control group received isosorbide dinitrate，oral，10 mg/，3/d.Results The indexes of the treatment group were better than the control group，P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical validation of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction Combined with Alprostadil Injection can effectively change the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease angina pectoris，can reduce the amount of nitroglycerin use and improve ECG，this method is worth promoting.

    冠心病心絞痛是指因冠状动脉粥样硬化引起的冠状动脉阻塞、痉挛、狭窄，导致冠状动脉不能正常供血，引起心肌缺血缺氧，以发作性胸部不适或胸痛为主要症状的临床综合征[1]，已成为危害老年人健康的常见心血管疾病之一。目前治疗冠心病仍然以药物为主，主要包括硝酸酯类、肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂及钙通道阻滞剂三大类[2]。目前，临床上中药和中成药治疗也有许多治疗方法。本研究做了相关探讨，现报告如下。, 百拇医药(梅晓泉 陈常青 陈晓兵 何珊英 何永亮 何毅光 孙小勇)
