摘要：目的 探讨小儿支气管性肺炎合并心衰的护理方法。方法 对60例小儿支气管肺炎合并心衰患儿，仔细观察病情变化，提供最佳的护理。结果 通过精心治疗，密切观察病情变化，采取有效的护理措施，除2例自动出院，58例患儿全部治愈出院。结论 加强对小儿支气管肺炎合并心衰的精心护理，可提高治疗效果。
