摘要：总结1例经口入路手术治疗颅底凹陷症的护理。对患者在术前进行全面的评估，加强心理护理和口腔护理，术后针对疾病的特殊性进行严密的病情观察，个性化的体位护理、人工气道护理，全程心理支持，加强口腔护理、营养支持治疗、呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理，进行保护性隔离，预防压疮发生。经过两个月的治疗与护理，患者恢复良好。
