健脾补肺化痰方对幼龄哮喘大鼠肺组织形态学光镜下的影响(1)
摘要：目的 研究健脾補肺化痰方对幼龄哮喘大鼠肺组织形态学光镜下的影响。方法 取清洁级幼龄雄性SD大鼠120只(体重控制95±5 g)，随机分为正常组：4 w、8 w、12 w，模型组：4 w、8 w、12 w，健脾补肺化痰方中药组(简称中药组)：4 w、8 w、12 w及地塞米松西药组(简称西药组)：4 w、8 w、12 w，共12组，每组10只。采用第1 d及第8 d腹腔注射OVA(100mg)+Al(OH)3凝胶(100 mg)混合液1 ml/鼠致敏，第15 d卵蛋白溶液雾化激发哮喘，第16 d开始分别给予不同药物治疗，按时间节点不同，各组分别按照4 w、8 w、12 w后处死大鼠，HE染色后光镜下观察各组的肺组织形态学的情况。结果 正常组大鼠肺组织HE病理变化不明显，模型组肺组织切片显示支气管管腔狭窄，黏膜上皮破损及黏膜下胶原沉积，基底膜明显增厚且不规则，支气管管壁各层均有炎性细胞浸润，随激发时间的越长越明显；健脾补肺化痰方4 w组的大鼠支气管壁周围有少量EOS、淋巴细胞浸润、气道平滑肌增厚稍增厚，伴粘液分泌，基底膜稍增厚；健脾补肺化痰方12 w组与8 w组相比，气道平滑肌相对增厚，管腔相对狭窄。地塞米松组肺组HE病理改变与模型组相比较明显减轻，但未完全消失。

Effect of Jianpi Bufei Huatan Decoction on Morphology of Lung Tissue in Young Asthmatic Rats

Abstract：Objective To study the effects of Jianpi Huatan Decoction on pulmonary morphology under light microscopy of lung tissue of young rats with asthma.Methods The clean level of young male 120 SD rats(weight control 95±5 g)，were randomly divided into normal group：4w，8w，12w，model group：4w，8w，12w，Jianpi Bufei Huatan formula of Chinese medicine group(traditional Chinese medicine group)：4w，8w，12w，and dexamethasone in western medicine group(referred to as the western medicine group)：4w，8w，12w，a total of 12 groups，10 rats in each group.1 ml/rats were sensitized by intraperitoneal injection of OVA(100mg)Al(OH)3 gel(100 mg)intraperitoneally for first and 8 days，the fifteenth d ova inhalation asthma， the sixteenth d were given different drugs， according to different time，they were in accordance with the 4w， 8w，12 w，the rats were killed after treatment，HE staining of lung tissue morphology observed under light microscope.Results In the normal group，the lung tissue of HE rats without pathological changes obviously， the model group lung tissue sections showed bronchial stenosis，collagen deposition and submucosal epithelial damage，basement membrane thickened and irregular bronchial wall layers were inflammatory cell infiltration，the excitation with the longer the more obvious；Jianpi Bufei Huatan formula with a small amount of EOS，around 4w group of bronchial wall rat lymphocyte infiltration，airway smooth muscle thickening slightly thickened，with mucus secretion，basement membrane thickening slightly；Jianpi Bufei Huatan formula 12w group compared with 8w，the relative airway smooth muscle thickening，lumen is relatively narrow.Dexamethasone group HE pathological changes compared with the model group was significantly reduced，but not completely disappear.Conclusion Jianpi Bufei Huatan Decoction can inhibit the inflammatory reaction，reduce airway hyperresponsiveness，and effectively prevent airway remodeling., 百拇医药(余燕玲 边逊 尚莉丽 田净忆)
