摘要：新生儿全封闭式无陪护管理方式，增加了护理工作的风险。由于特殊的生理条件，抵抗力弱，病情复杂、变化快，护理不安全因素直接关系到新生儿的生命安危和转归以及抢救成功率。高度的安全意识是防范护理安全隐患的关键，能使护理缺陷消灭在萌芽状态。
