摘要：Brodie骨脓肿是好发于长骨干骺端的骨内局限性化脓性病变，是慢性骨髓炎的一种特殊类型；临床以青少年多见，以前有见儿童发病的报道，但罕见。本病例报告了1例2岁男童左腕持续肿胀、疼痛一月的情况。X线片提示"左桡骨远端病理性骨折"，行病灶刮除植骨术治疗，术后病理诊断为左桡骨远端Brodie骨脓肿，3月后复查见骨愈合良好。
