复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合阿嗪米特在老年便秘患者肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果观察(1)
摘要：目的 观察复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合复方阿嗪米特在老年便秘患者进行肠道清洁的效果。方法 将80例需要接受电子结肠镜检查的老年便秘患者随机分为对照组(40 例)和实验组(40 例)，实验组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散及复方阿嗪米特，对照组仅口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散，对比两组患者的肠道清洁效果。结果 实验组肠道清洁效果好于对照组(P<0.05)，腹胀不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散及复方阿嗪米特方法对老年便秘患者进行肠道清洁效果优于单服复方聚乙二醇电解质散。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with compound azintamide for bowel cleansing in the elderly patients.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with constipation were randomly divided to receive colonoscopy as the control group(40 cases) and experimental group(40 cases)，the experimental group was treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and compound azintamide， the control group were only treated with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder，intestinal cleaning effect of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group intestinal cleaning effect is better than the control group(P<0.05)，the adverse reaction rate of abdominal distension lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and compound azintamide method is better than the intestinal cleaning effect on elderly constipation patients taking polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder.

結肠镜是目前结直肠病变诊断及治疗的主要方法之一[1]。为保证结肠镜检查能顺利进行，良好的肠道准备至关重要。临床较常用的肠道清洁方法如口服甘露醇、番泻叶、磷酸钠盐、硫酸镁或灌肠等，均因不同缺点在临床应用上受到不同限制。对于老年便秘患者来说，粪便硬结崁顿，肠蠕动功能减退，在短时间内肠道不易疏通，对结肠镜检查前的肠道准备要求更高。我们研究采用口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合复方阿嗪米特在老年便秘患者肠镜检查前进行肠道清洁准备，取得较好的清洁效果，现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选择2016年3月～2017年3月在我院内镜中心行电子结肠镜检查的老年患者80例，患者年龄≥60 岁，均有便秘症状，具有结肠镜检查适应症而无禁忌症，将患者随机分为两组，实验组(复方聚乙二醇电解质散+复方阿嗪米特肠溶片法)40例，其中男23例，女17例，年龄60～81岁，平均年龄65.5岁；对照组(单服复方聚乙二醇电解质散法)40例，其中男子21例，女19例，年龄60～79岁，平均年龄64岁。两组患者在年龄、性别、体质量指数比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。
1.2方法
实验组及对照组患者均于检查当日早上空腹，并于检查前至少5 h开始口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散(恒康正清，江西恒康药业有限公司，国药准字：H20020031)2袋(73.59 g/袋)+2 L温开水，约2 h内服完，实验组再加服复方阿嗪米特肠溶片(泌特，扬州一洋制药有限公司，国药准字：H20000232)2片，然后采用单盲法由我院同一组经验丰富的肠镜检查医师在不知道分组的情况下进行结肠镜操作及效果评估。, http://www.100md.com(饶官华 龙伟艳 邹尤宝 何咖鲒 杨蔚峰 班洁虹)
