针刺联合滋补肝肾中药对青光眼视功能损害的临床效果观察(1)
摘要：目的 探究针刺联合滋补肝肾中药对青光眼视功能损害的治疗效果观察。方法 选择2016年2月1日～12月1日我科收治青光眼视功能损害患者共78例，采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为联合组和对照组，分别进行针刺联合滋补肝肾中药和常规治疗，对比两组患者治疗前、后的临床疗效、视野以及视力的变化情况。结果 治疗后，联合组患者临床有效率为95.00%，对照组患者临床治疗有效率为79.31%，两组差别显著(P<0.05)；治疗后联合组视野评分(1.30±0.20)分，对照组(2.12±0.99)分，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后视力变化联合组(0.51±0.40)，对照组(0.42±0.29)，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床上应用针刺联合滋补肝肾中药治疗青光眼视功能损害患者，其临床效果显著且预后较好，可以有效改善患者的视野评分，从而提高了患者视力水平降低了视力损伤，值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Nourishing Liver and Kidney Herbs on Visual Function Impairment of Glaucoma

Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with nourishing liver and kidney herbs on visual impairment of glaucoma.Methods A total of 78 patients with glaucoma visual impairment were enrolled from February 1，2016 to December 1，2016.The patients were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group.The patients were treated with acupuncture combined with nourishing liver kidney medicine and conventional treatment，compared between the two groups before and after treatment of clinical efficacy，visual field and visual changes.Results After treatment，the clinical effective rate was 95.00% in the combined group and 79.31% in the control group，the difference was significant(P<0.05).Combined treatment group vision score(1.30±0.20)，control group(2.12±0.99)，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)；the changes of visual acuity after treatment group(0.51±0.40)，control group(0.42±0.29)，with significant difference between the two groups，there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing liver and kidney in treatment of glaucoma visual function damage，its clinical effect is remarkable and the prognosis is good，can effectively improve the patient's vision score，so as to improve the visual acuity level in patients with decreased vision damage，it is worthy of clinical application.
