ReSTOR折叠式衍射型多焦点人工晶体在中青年白内障患者手术后的视觉质量观察(1)
摘要：目的 探究ReSTOR折疊式衍射型多焦点人工晶体在中老年白内障患者手术后的视觉质量。方法 选取在我院接受治疗的60例(74眼)中老年白内障患者为研究对象，分为研究组和对照组，研究组患者接受ReSTOR折叠式衍射型多焦点人工晶体植入术，对照组患者植入单焦点人工晶体，对比两组患者术后的裸眼近视力状况变化情况。结果 术后7 d、2个月两组患者的裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力比较差异均不显著(P>0.05)；术后4个月采用ReSTOR折叠式衍射型多焦点人工晶体治疗的研究组患者的最佳矫正视力为(4.88±0.18)，明显高于对照组(4.62±0.29)，比较差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者术后4个月的裸眼近视力为(4.96±0.12)，明显优于的对照组(4.79±0.15)，对比差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外观察组术后暗视、明视敏感度与对照组相比有所下降，差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 青中年白内障患者予以ReSTOR折叠式衍射型多焦点人工晶体植入术，临床疗效显著，可改善全程视力，值得推广运用，但在使用过程中应注意可能会削减暗视、明视敏感度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the ReSTOR folding diffractive multifocal intraocular lens in cataract surgery in elderly patients with visual quality after.Methods 60 cases in our hospital for treatment of patients with cataract(74 eyes)in the elderly as the research object，divided into study group and control group，the study group received ReSTOR foldable multifocal intraocular lens implantation operation，the control group of patients with single focus intraocular lens implantation，compared two groups of patients with postoperative uncorrected visual acuity.Results In 7 d after operation，2 months of the two groups of patients with uncorrected visual acuity，best corrected visual acuity differences were not significant(P>0.05)；4 months after surgery by ReSTOR foldable multifocal intraocular lens in the treatment of patients in the study group，the best corrected visual acuity(4.88±0.18)， significantly higher than the control group (4.62±0.29)，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)；the patients in the observation group 4 months after the uncorrected near visual acuity is(4.96±0.12)，The control group was significantly better than that of the(4.79±0.15)，significant differences，with statistical significance(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group scotopic，photopic sensitivity compared with the control group decreased，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the middle-aged cataract patients with ReSTOR foldable multifocal intraocular lens implantation，the clinical effect is significant，can improve the whole vision，it is worth promoting the use，but in the course of attention should be taken to reduce the dark vision，apparent sensitivity.
