妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖检验分析(1)
摘要：目的 研究分析血糖检验在妊娠期糖尿病患者应用效果。方法 选择2015～2016年在我院接受血糖检验的55例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察组，另选择同一时间段内在我院接受血糖检验的55例正常妊娠者作为对照组，对两组内妊娠者的血糖情况进行检验分析。结果 通过此次检验可以发现，对照组内正常妊娠者的血糖情况在正常范围内，而观察组内患有妊娠期糖尿病的患者，血糖值明显高于正常范围。且两组对比差异情况具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 患有妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇通过血糖检验可以准确的了解血糖的变化，可以及时的进行干预治疗，保证血糖的稳定正常，对孕妇胎儿的健康有十分重要的作用，妊娠期糖尿病患者们应该定期的对血糖进行检验。

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of blood glucose test on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 55 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who had received blood glucose test in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected as the observation group.55 normal pregnant women who received blood glucose test in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The blood glucose levels of the two groups were analyzed.Results Through this test can be found in the control group，the blood sugar level in normal pregnancy in the normal range，and the observation group in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus，blood glucose values were significantly higher than the normal range.And the differences between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with gestational diabetes in pregnant women with blood glucose test can accurately understand the changes of blood sugar，can be treated timely，ensure the normal blood sugar stable，has a very important role on the health of the fetus of pregnant women，patients with diabetes during pregnancy they should periodically to test blood glucose.

随着我国国民生活水平和生活质量的不断提高，对产妇在妊娠期间的健康情况也越来越重视，妊娠期糖尿病属于产妇在妊娠期间常见的一种并发症，临床中多表现为多饮，多食，多尿等症状，会严重影响产妇身体健康及胎儿的发育情况，甚至威胁到产妇的生命安全。因此，加强对患有妊娠期糖尿病产妇的血糖检查，可以为其治疗提供更准确的依据，保证产妇的血糖稳定和健康显得十分必要。本文就选取2015～2016年到我院接受血糖检验的55例患有妊娠期糖尿病的患者作为研究对象，得出的研究报告如下[1]。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
本次研究的资料为选择2015～2016年在我院接受血糖检验的55例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察组，另选择同一时间段内在我院接受血糖检验的55例正常妊娠者作为对照组。观察组中，年齡22～30岁，孕周18～29 w，38例为初产妇。对照组中，年龄23～31岁，孕周19～29 w，35例为初产妇。本次调查获得院方相关单位的同意批准，所有参与此次的110例产妇均了解并同意参与此次调查，对本次研究调查的过程均有知情权。两组妊娠者在年龄，孕周等一般资料上的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。
1.2方法
对所有参与此次调查研究的产妇做好准备工作，保证饮食正常，每天摄入适当的碳水化合物，在调查检验时提前1 d通知，保证所有的产妇第2 d都是空腹进行抽血检验，并且空腹时间不能低于8 h。对所有产妇进行前臂静脉血样的采集，检验产妇空腹情况下的血糖值。在采集完成后，对两组产妇进行口服葡萄糖的耐糖试验，让产妇服用75 g左右的葡萄糖，并在1 h、2 h后分别对产妇的血糖值进行检验，并且记录。, 百拇医药(卢刚祥)
