帕立骨化醇对糖尿病肾病大鼠尿液Podocalyxin水平的影响(3)
综上所述,糖尿病肾病大鼠会出现蛋白尿,蛋白尿是引起肾功能减退的重要原因,帕立骨化醇可以减轻肾小球PCX蛋白的损伤,从而改善糖尿病肾病大鼠蛋白尿的,改善肾脏功能,延缓糖尿病肾病的发展,给临床上糖尿病肾病的治疗提供了新思路。
