牙周整复术应用于口腔修复的临床效果观察(1)
摘要：目的 分析口腔修复治疗中牙周整复术的临床应用效果。方法 抽选96例于2015年3月～2016年3月在我院口腔科进行口腔修复治疗的患者，随机将96例患者分为实验组(48例)与对照组(48例)。采取不同的治疗方式，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果 对照组患者治疗有效率为83.33%，实验组患者治疗有效率为95.83%，实验组的临床治疗效果高于对照组，两组之间存在显著性差异，P<0.05，存在统计学意义。对照组患者经过治疗后对口腔修复术的满意度为85.42%，实验组患者为91.67%，实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组患者，两组之间存在显著性差异，P<0.05，存在统计学意义。结论 实验组患者采取牙周整复术后的临床治疗效果较为显著，能够有效的提高患者牙周功能的发挥和美观度，患者的满意度较高，在临床的治疗中得到了广泛的认可和应用。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oral cavity repair in the treatment of periodontal plasty.Methods Selected 96 cases in March 2015～March 2016，in our hospital department of stomatology for oral rehabilitation of patients，96 cases were randomly divided into experimental group (48 cases)and control group(48 cases).Different treatment methods，comparison analysis of the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The patients in the control group treatment effective rate was 83.33%，the effective rate of experimental group patients was 95.83%，the clinical treatment effect of the experimental group higher than the control group，there were significant differences between the two groups，P<0.05，there were statistical significance.Patients in the control group after treatment for repair of oral satisfaction was 85.42%，patients in the experimental group was 91.67%，satisfaction of patients in experimental group was significantly higher than the control group，there were significant differences between the two groups，P<0.05，there were statistical significance.Conclusion The experimental group was treated with clinical treatment after periodontal plasty is significant，can effectively improve the patients with periodontal function and beauty，patient satisfaction is very high，has been widely recognized and applied in clinical treatment.

使用人工材料修復治疗颞下颌关节紊乱、颌面部组织损伤和牙周组织，对牙齿缺失、缺损后的治疗，使口腔的生理功能恢复正常都属于口腔修复范围内[1]。在临床的治疗中，通常会出现患者经过口腔修复治疗后发生因为修复体光洁度不同、外型不佳、牙龈颈缘协调性欠缺、个别牙齿错位等现象，从而影响整体的美观度[2]。伴随着人们生活水平的不断提升，患者对口腔修复的要求也从恢复咀嚼功能提高到外观美观的层次上，因此需要医疗工作人员对临床治疗方案进行提高。牙周整复术是对患者的牙槽嵴和牙龈进行修复治疗，达到固定修复体、修复牙周、对外观进行改善的效果，在口腔修复治疗中牙周整复术是辅助治疗的一种，在目前的临床治疗中得到了广泛的认可[3-4]。现对口腔修复治疗中牙周整复术的应用效果进行了分析，报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(肖媛媛 丛琳)
