转化医学理念在肝病临床教学中的应用研究(3)
可喜的是，近年随着我国经济实力与科技水平的迅速发展，国家开始重视转化医学，从顶层设计上对转化医学给予了政策、项目和资金方面的大力支持，各地区也相应地给予卫生行业专项支持。鉴于我国慢性肝病对人民健康的重大危害，肝病学领域的转化研究与教育也受到国家决策层的高度重视，获得了一些重大专项项目、资金与设施的支持。我国肝病学领域的转化医学教育也迎来重大发展机遇。
总之，转化医学是推动医学朝着创新方向快速发展的主要驱动力，医学教育体制和模式也应做出相应的变革，顺应这一发展趋势。临床教师作为转化医学的实践者，首先应主动学习转化医学知识，提高转化医学修养，大力传播转化医学理念，自觉将其融入到各阶段的医学教育中去，为肝病学及其他各临床专科的学科发展培养具有宽厚的医学理论知识、扎实的临床实践技能、较强的科研能力和具有人文关怀精神的创新型“四有”临床医学人才。
