摘要：目的 探究MRI与CT二者对诊断颅内肿瘤的临床价值。方法 随机选取我院2014年1月～2015年1月收治的经手术病理确诊为颅内肿瘤的患者70例作为研究对象。70例患者均进行MRI与CT检查，探讨MRI、CT对颅内肿瘤的诊断价值。结果 70例患者中，MRI能检查出70例，正确率为100.00%；CT能检查出51例，正确率为72.86%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI的诊断准确率高于CT，对患者的伤害也小于CT诊断，值得在临床中推广使用。
